GoingKong Pte. Ltd. Teaching Platform Instructor Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between GoingKong Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore ("Platform"), and Instructor, an independent instructor ("Instructor"). WHEREAS, GoingKong Pte. Ltd. operates an online education platform ("Platform") that connects Instructors with students; WHEREAS, the Instructor desires to provide educational services on the GoingKong Platform, and the Platform desires to facilitate such services; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Independent Contractor Relationship

1.1 The Instructor acknowledges and agrees that the Instructor is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the Platform.

1.2 The Instructor, as a cross-border user of the GoingKong Platform, acknowledges that the employment relationship is not subject to the labor laws, regulations, and standards of the Instructor's original home country or residence.

1.3 The Instructor shall be solely responsible for their tax obligations, insurance, and compliance with any applicable laws and regulations related to their services on the GoingKong Platform.

Teaching Services

2.1 The Instructor shall provide educational services to students through the GoingKong Platform.

2.2 The Instructor acknowledges and agrees that the Platform may record and use instructional materials, including but not limited to content, images, and audio, for promotional and quality improvement purposes.

Compensation

3.1 The Instructor shall receive compensation as agreed upon between the parties, based on the Instructor's teaching services on the GoingKong Platform.

3.2 The Platform shall retain a portion of the compensation as a service fee.

Use of Instructor's Materials for Promotional and Image Rights

4.1 The Instructor hereby grants the Platform the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the materials, content, images, and audio uploaded by the Instructor on the GoingKong Platform for the purpose of promoting the Instructor's services and the Platform, as well as for the use of image and likeness rights, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

4.2 The Instructor acknowledges that the Platform may use the Instructor's name, image, and other personal identifying information in connection with the promotional activities, marketing materials, and branding efforts related to the services provided on the GoingKong Platform.

Account Ownership and Suspension

5.1 The ownership of Instructor accounts on the GoingKong Platform resides with the Platform, and the Instructor is granted the right to use the account.

5.2 The Platform reserves the right to modify and suspend Instructor accounts without prior notice.

5.3 In case of violations of Platform regulations or applicable laws, the Platform reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Instructor's account without providing explanations.
